Bracken
and Associates provides customized services to help organizations,
leaders and teams meet the challenges of organizational change, and
achieve the results they want. We partner with you to address two
major challenges of change and transition:
- Effectively dealing with the raw emotions that can block progress,
such as shock, denial, anger, resistance, fear, frustration, stress,
confusion, concern, cynicism and skepticism.
- Analyzing the complexities of your total organizational system,
and identifying specific factors that are helping or hindering
your change initiative.
We address both the emotional and analytical challenges of change
through:
Needs Assessment
- Consulting with senior leaders championing the change, and facilitating
focus groups that are representative of your organization's population.
We quickly verify and clarify desired results and outcomes, and
the effectiveness of your organizational system in taking on your
change initiative.
- Developing a pre and post measurement system to evaluate progress.
- Providing insight concerning your organization’s strengths
and critical issues in managing change, and actionable priorities
to move the organization forward.
Consulting, Facilitation, Training and
Coaching
- Analysis and reporting of our needs assessment findings, and
facilitating a process to engage the entire organization in developing
a documented roadmap and process to move from where you are to
where you want to be.
- Consulting and coaching to help you leverage organizational
strengths, and effectively and appropriately address priority
issues that may involve any combination of factors in your total
organizational system.
- Facilitating workshops for leaders and employees to help them
understand change and transition and deal productively with emotional
challenges. We also facilitate the development of action plans
for individuals, teams and the entire organization to focus on
desired results, manage the change and transition process, and
relate effectively to customers and other major stakeholders.
We put our skin in the game with you, and share the risks in this
demanding work!
