Jeff has served on the Board of Examiners
for the Baldrige Program since 2003 as an
Examiner, Senior Examiner, Team Leader, Scorebook Editor, Mentor and Alumni. Since 1987, the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award has remained the highest level of recognition that a U.S. based organization can receive for performance excellence.

Jeff has been affiliated
with the Quality Texas Foundation since 2000. He served as an Examiner,
Senior Examiner and Process Coach for the Texas Award for Performance
Excellence from 2000 through 2003. He was a Member of the Foundation's Board of Overseers
from 2001 through 2007, and was named a member of the Training Faculty in 2011. Founded in 1993, The Quality Texas
Foundation administers the Texas Award for Performance Excellence.
The Texas Award is based on the Baldrige Criteria, and is recognized
as a leader among state award processes.

Jeff is an active member, and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC®) through the IMC USA CMC process, which has earned ISO/IEC 17024:2003 accreditation. He is committed to maintaining the highest standards of competence, ethics, professionalism, and client satisfaction through continuing education and periodic certification renewal.
